7 New Schools

To accommodate the growing student population, this bond proposal includes funding for three new elementary schools, one new middle school and three replacement campuses.

DESIGN BUDGET FOR Middle School #8 and High School #4

Design fees for Middle School #8 and High School #4 are included in this 2020 Bond proposal. Based on current enrollment projections, NISD could need additional seats at the middle school level as early as the 2025-26 school year and at the high school level by 2027-28. Based on these projections, NISD would need to hold another bond election prior to construction to ask voters to consider funding Middle School #8 and High School #4.
